POSITION: WHOLESALE MORTGAGE ACCOUNT MANAGER

LOCATION: RICHARDSON, TEXAS

SUMMARY:

The Account Managers will work with the Account Executives, Brokers and VP of Operations to complete the mortgage loan transaction. Account Manager will ensure all information on necessary forms are completed and follow all compliance guidelines before the file is moved to the next stage of the process.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

This is a full-time position that requires regular, reliable, and punctual attendance in our Irvine fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will meet following requirements:

· Must have Wholesale Mortgage experience.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Mortgage Lending with at least 3 year of experience as an Account Manager.

· Understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.

· Experience with both wet and dry states.

· Thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations and requirements with emphasis on FHA, Conventional, and VOE Only.

· Experience and ability to work independently and anticipate needs.

· Communicate with the Broker or Loan officers on an ongoing basis.

· Knowledge of MS Office, Compliance Ease, Mavent and Encompass Preferred

· Ability to multi-task, accept, prioritize, and execute on tasks assigned by the VP of Credit

· Displays good judgement and a willingness to make timely decisions, while exhibiting sound and accurate judgment. Supports and explains reasoning for decisions and includes appropriate staff in the decision-making process.

SALARY: $23-29/PER HOURS BASED ON EXPERIENCE + ACCOUNT MANAGER MONTHLY COMPENSATION PLAN
