    SUMMARY

     

    We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, hands-on Customer Service Manager to join our growing company. As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a critical role in growing and developing our Customer Service department and team. The right individual will be highly organized, work at a fast pace, and know-how to lead by example. This position will be located at our Corporate Office in Brooklyn Hts, OH

     

    WHAT DOES THIS ROLE INVOLVE?

    CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGEMENT INCLUDES INCOMING CALLS, EMAILS, LIVE CHAT AND SOCIAL MEDIA INTERACTION. UNLIKE SOME SERVICE MANAGER POSITIONS THAT SIMPLY OVERSEE STAFF, OUR MANAGER POSITION IS IN THE TRENCHES DIRECTLY HELPING CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO INCLUDES THE MANAGING AND PROCESSING OF RETURNS AND VARIOUS OTHER OFFICE ADMINISTRATION DUTIES.

     

    Take the existing department to the next level

    Deliver guidance and expertise to the team through coaching, development, and training

    Develop and implement best practices

    Develop efficiencies in workflows

    Address all escalated customer matters

    Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

    Attract and recruit high potential individual contributors into the team

    Create a rapid on-boarding process for new team members

    Foster collaboration within the team and across customer life-cycle

    Train and encourage continuous learning within the team

    Inspire customer success across the company

    Create a company-wide customer feedback loop

     

    WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

    Previous experience in an E-commerce environment is mandatory.

    Exceptional customer service skills and a personality that enjoys serving people

    Process-oriented, analytical and technologically savvy.

    Strong communication skills.

    Strong organizational skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a team leader.

     

    Job Type:

    · Full-time

    Salary:

    · $50,000 - 65,000 /year

    Education:

    · College degree

    Experience:

    · recent E-commerce industry: 3 years (Required)

    · customer service management: 5 years (Required)

     

    IMPORTANT: Candidates must live in the Cleveland - Akron OH area for daily commute to our Brooklyn Hts, OH Office.
