Responsibilities:
Protect the excellent guest experience we deliver at Westbound & Down
Maintain cultural standards in the workforce
Support all elements of service by making sure all members of team are set up for success
Count safe down every closing shift and verify with daily summaries
Oversee and ensure smooth FOH operations by adhering to GM’s standard operating procedures
Communicate effectively with management in regards to any issues and scheduling
Find practical solutions to to complications as they arise in a timely fashion
Other duties as assigned by General Manager and Assistant General Manager
Qualifications:
One-year experience in personnel management
Two years of experience in Hospitality and Food Industry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask
