Responsibilities: • Offer personal attention when pursuing new clients through various marketing strategies to grow your existing portfolio of policyholders • Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs • Willingness to create lasting relationships within your local community Qualifications: • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree a plus • Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • Must be a good communicator and be able to explain complex insurance programs to the customer Compensation: $56,000 at plan earnings + commission
