Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Work with Vendors to resolve open issues
• Work with Buyers to resolve discrepancies
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and process payments
• Perform other administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• MS Excel experience preferred
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
