We’re looking for an Insurance Sales Manager to lead and direct our sales team in our Irvine office. Applicants must be professional, articulate, and team players with the ability to handle multiple tasks. This position calls for a high level of sales acumen and insurance industry knowledge, as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

The Insurance Sales Manager requirements are:
· Experience in and knowledge of the Property/Casualty Insurance industry particularly with Homeowners insurance products.
· Minimum two years of Property and Casualty Insurance sales experience.
· Minimum two years sales management experience.
· Current Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license.
· MS Excel knowledge preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Bilingual- Spanish preferred.
