The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a passion for developing and improving the skills of our team members. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage hourly/salary payroll and benefits for employees.
• Responsible for OSHA and FMLA reporting/procedures.
• Recruit and Onboard new hires.
• Work with staffing agencies to fill hourly job openings.
• Lead training/development sessions (soft skills, etc).
• Lead initiatives for employee appreciation activities.
• Conduct performance management reviews and provide feedback.
• Administer employee coaching/counseling sessions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Attention to detail and good judgement
