    POSITION SUMMARY

    Manages the bank’s digital marketing, social media activities, and internal and external corporate communications.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    • Makes recommendations to the EVP/Chief Banking Officer and VP/Marketing Manager regarding the bank’s digital and social media marketing strategic plan.
    • Researches current and emerging digital marketing trends, and makes recommendations to position the bank accordingly versus these shifts and the competition.
    • Manages the bank’s digital marketing including strategy, Google display, search, and My Business advertising.
    • Manages the bank’s social media activities including strategy, the social media calendar, and all internal bank content and posts across all channels.
    • Monitors analytics, creates reports, and makes recommendations to optimize digital marketing and social media activities.
    • Monitors the bank’s social media channels, Google My Business Profiles, and the Westfield Bank website, and addresses critical issues including customer posts, inquires, comments, and concerns as needed including nights and weekends.
    • Prepares internal and external corporate communications including customer websites, employee intranet, and press releases. Coordinates communications with the banks marketing agency.
    • Refreshes content related to the bank’s websites, ATM network, digital displays, telephone system, and employee intranet.
    • Monitors and enhances the bank’s Social Listening Tool, and utilizes trends to complement social media content.
    • Collaborates with the Marketing Manager on functions and projects as needed.
    • Must complete BSA, AML, and other Regulatory and Continuing Education as assigned.
    • Must adhere to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures specific to position.
    • Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

     EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing experience.
    • Google Analytics and Google Ad Certifications Preferred.
    • Digital and social media marketing experience required.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
