Job Description

The MASSAGE THERAPIST is responsible for taking care of our Cliffside Malibu clients with their massage needs in a friendly, and outgoing manner, exceeding our client’s expectations. Must be proficient in all components of massage therapy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide 30- to 120-minute massages, between our various Malibu locations
• Design sessions around client’s specific complaints or problem areas
• Listen to clients during massages and adjust technique to meet their needs
• Suggest massage schedules for recurring sessions

Compensation Range: $35-60/hr

Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience

Qualifications

• At least one year of massage therapy experience
• Proficient in all components of massage therapy with the ability to work in a Treatment Facility.
• Must demonstrate the ability to exceed clients expectations as a direct result of services provided.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Must be flexible
• Current and valid state license for massage therapy
• 1+ years’ experience as a professional massage therapist in spa environment
• Reliable transportation required
