We are a Property Services company with over 100 properties in the Austin area. We are hiring a Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team immediately. The Porter/Groundskeeper's primary responsibilities are: Keep properties clean and curb appeal to a maximum. Conduct janitorial and entry level maintenance as assigned by the Service Manager.  Like the post office, you deliver results in sun, rain, sleet, or snow. Daily responsibilities include: Walk entire property daily picking up all debris and trash, operate trash compactor, and empty all common area trash cans. Keep curbs and speed breakers painted and in good repair.. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the manager Qualifications: Experience: 1+ year required Certification/Licenses: CPO, Valid state's driver's license Special Skills, Knowledge or Abilities: Possess the ability and willingness to work in all types of weather for extended periods of time to accommodate the needs of the community.
