WVG is looking for energetic and positive person to join our hospital staff 4 days a week. We are proud to provide great customer service to our clients and patients. Full time open position. Reception skills required. Minimum 1 year veterinary reception or customer service. Computer/typing skills required. Candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Responsibilities include :Answering high call volume, Scheduling appointments, Taking messages for DVMs, Directing calls, Confirming prescription requests Checking patients in/out, Handling payments (cash, card, scratch pay, care credit) Updating client information in Avimark. Some cleaning. .
