What You’ll Be Doing

• Assess an insurer’s ability to meet state requirements and provide strategic recommendations for paths to success
• Assist in merger and acquisition services, such as Form A preparation and filing
• Prepare NAIC and / or UCAA applications with accuracy while meeting deadlines
• Handle project relevant client communications
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with licensing staff at departments of insurance countrywide
• Retain awareness of all state requirements, waivers, deadlines, minimum standards, and latest trends in the market

What We’re Looking For

• B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited college or university and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience within the insurance industry preferred, but not required
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and composure
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Windows office systems
• Highly self-motivated and focused

Please note that this position will start as in-office full time, but a hybrid schedule will be considered after a probationary/training period.
