We’re looking for a part-time Concierge to provide exceptional customer service to our residents. This position is working the day shift on Friday, Saturday's and Holidays.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to handle constant interruptions.
- Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office products, Google drive, email, etc. and ability to pick up on software programs.
- Must be highly organized and pay great attention to detail, including ability to focus, follow-up and multi-task effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must exercise good judgment and make competent decisions.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position provides for a high level of customer service to both residents and team members. This is accomplished though promoting Westmont Living’s Service Promise and Service Standards. This position is responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for the Community.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Provide administrative support as needed through the direction of the Business Office Manager and Executive Director.
- Welcome and assist all residents, prospective residents, families, vendors, etc., in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer all calls in a professional manner and assist the caller with their needs.
- Assist residents in setting their appointments and transportation arrangements.
- Assure all residents, visitors and vendors utilize the appropriate sign in/sign out logs maintained at the Concierge desk.
- Keep front lobby area and Concierge desk clean and organized; etc.
- Direct emergency personnel to emergency location and be contact person in case of emergency.
- Update resident emergency information when notified and distribute information to appropriate departments.
- Maintain rosters and resident lists, including a current list of residents in the hospital or out of the community.
- Document in the log book any significant incidents.
DEPARTMENTAL SUPPORT
- Assist Community Relations Director by taking initial inquiry information and transferring call to Community Relations Director; performing tours when requested.
- Print and distribute menus and activity calendars and assist with developing flyers.
- Track all guest meals.
- Take maintenance requests from residents and staff for maintenance issues and log accurately and timely in maintenance log.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
- Assist and coordinate services for a fee not provided with basic rent.
- Assist residents in scheduling maintenance requests for services not included in rent.
