Values: Weston Family Psychology lives by values that guide who we are as a team and how we present to our communities. We hire clinicians who bring these values to life. Our values are: • Evidence-based treatment. Our focus is on getting clients results as quickly as possible, using the most effective methods possible • Humility. Acknowledge that you know what you know, and not what you don't. It's okay not to know everything, allow vulnerability, and take the extra step to learn • Passion and Hunger For Learning. Not knowing is not the answer for you. You enjoy researching, and learning new and creative solutions, and desire feedback • Smart. This encompasses emotional intelligence, knowing how to "read the room" and thinking ahead to try to figure out what might be needed or comes next • Teachable. You are open to learning different or new ways of doing things • Accountability. We all make mistakes. Owning them, being able to ask for help, or fixing them is part of the accountability that we value, as is moving on and not dwelling • Modern. Therapy consumers too often have antiquated laggy experiences in finding and working with a therapist. We use technology and automation to make therapy modern • Promoting inclusion. We promote hiring clinicians of varying backgrounds, beliefs, and specialties to better serve the diverse and unique experiences of our clients. It’s also important that our office promotes a foundation of diversity, equity, and inclusivity in its culture and practice We can’t wait to hear from you!
