Provide in-home physical therapy treatments
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility
Educate patients on safe use of assistive devices
Monitor progress and document patient outcomes
Build trusted relationships with patients and families
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or a Physical Therapist program
Active Arizona PT/PTA license
CPR certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid Arizona driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
