    What You’ll Do:

    • Provide in-home physical therapy treatments

    • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility

    • Educate patients on safe use of assistive devices

    • Monitor progress and document patient outcomes

    • Build trusted relationships with patients and families

    What You’ll Need:

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or a Physical Therapist program

    • Active Arizona PT/PTA license

    • CPR certification

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    • Valid Arizona driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance
