TDB Communications, Inc. is seeking qualified individuals to perform the following tasks:

• Receiving calls regarding Community Care consults and services, the Mission Act, and other general information • Uploading and faxing required information into the TriWest portal • Utilizing the Doc Manager portal to link medical records documents to the consults in Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS). • Monitoring the TriWest portal for status of consults that have been uploaded. • Schedule the non-VA appointment into the “Appointment Manager Module” in The Veterans Information Systems and Technology Architecture (VistA). • Uploading and faxing required information • Utilizing Vista and CPRS medical records. • Assist with the scanning of medical records.
