A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL EXCEL IN THE FOLLOWING:

• Evaluate Customer’s needs and provide the best storage solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences to increase and retain a client base
• Lead Customers through the rental process and lease agreements
• Responsible for both inside and outside sales
• Contribute to the achievement of the Center’s goals and results
• Execute Opening & Closing Procedures, Cash Handling, and Bank Deposits/Reconciliations
• Manage Receivables and Delinquencies
• Uphold the Company’s Core Values and Protocols
