    Position Overview: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading a team to achieve performance goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who can foster a positive work environment and drive business results.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Operational Leadership:

    o Direct all daily operations of the bakery, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.

    o Maintain the brand image through cleanliness, maintenance, and excellent service.

    o Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling to optimize efficiency.

    · Team Management:

    o Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

    o Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

    o Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.

    · Guest Experience:

    o Ensure each guest receives prompt, friendly, and personalized service.

    o Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

    o Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve service quality.

    · Financial Performance:

    o Analyze financial reports to identify trends and implement action plans for improvement.

    o Control costs and drive revenue to achieve financial targets.

    o Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to budgetary guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    · Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the foodservice or retail industry.

    · Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

    · Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    · ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

    · Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

    · Reliable transportation.

    Work Environment:

    · Fast-paced, high-energy setting within a mall or similar retail environment.

    · Requires standing and walking for extended periods, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    · Emphasis on teamwork, guest interaction, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

    Benefits:

    · $22/hr - $24/hr.
