Wexford Capital LP is an SEC-registered, value-oriented multi-strategy investment firm that has been capturing risk-adjusted returns across public and private markets since its inception in 1994. Based primarily out of Greenwich CT, West Palm Beach FL, and Oklahoma City OK. Our internal tax department provides services to all lines of business Wexford manages. We are looking for the right person to join our growing team.Responsibilities:

· Tax return preparation and review

· Tax planning and projects

· Quarterly tax estimates

· Fixed Asset management

· Keep up to date on tax laws

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

· 1-2 years of experience, preferably in public accounting and in Income Tax

· Accounting degree (Bachelor's: minimum)

· CPA license, preferred but not required

· Experience in areas of taxation and financial statement preparation

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency in the use of excel spreadsheets and tax preparation software· System configuration and database maintenance experience, preferred but not required
