In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Responsibilities: • Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems • Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine • Take part in employee meetings regularly to stay up to date on all policies and safety regulations • Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas • Mop and clean kitchen floors daily to keep the workplace neat and sanitary Qualifications: • Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic • Excellent stamina and physical health • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry • Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification Compensation: $600 - $750 biweekly
