Responsibilities:

• Assess and interview prospective program participants.
• Gather data using appropriate screening and assessments. 
• Establish rapport with participants, determine needs based on collected data.
• Arrange individual and group treatments and interventions. 
• Uses standardized offended assessment to develop treatment plans and programs.
• Uses appropriate therapeutic tool to manager concerns and behavioral issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of clinical files for each participant.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university.
• 1 yr mental health or substance abuse counseling experience.
• Appropriate certification/licensing.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
