Responsibilities:
- Assess and interview prospective program participants.
- Gather data using appropriate screening and assessments.
- Establish rapport with participants, determine needs based on collected data.
- Arrange individual and group treatments and interventions.
- Uses standardized offended assessment to develop treatment plans and programs.
- Uses appropriate therapeutic tool to manager concerns and behavioral issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of clinical files for each participant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university.
- 1 yr mental health or substance abuse counseling experience.
- Appropriate certification/licensing.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
