Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and direct activities within the mental health services department.
• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments.
• Evaluate inmate needs and implement mental health assessments, counseling, crisis interventions and treatment plans.
• Maintain inmate health records by documenting treatment and evaluation activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Implement psychological counseling theories and techniques when pursuing patient treatments or activities.
  

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or related clinical area from an accredited college or university.
• 5+ years of clinical experience to include 2+ years of experience in a relevant position.
• LPC, LCSW, or LMFT certification/licensing.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
