• Lead installation teams in Southern California
• Review project specifications, plans and instructions
• Enforce safety policy with all daily activities
• Qualify completed projects and ready for inspection
• Drive continuous improvements and best practices

Job Requirements:

• OSHA 10 certificate
• Solar experience
• Experience selecting and managing subcontractors
• Ability to work outdoors in high heat
• Project management skills
