The Operating Partners role is essential to produce quality products, world class customer experiences, and team member retention. As an Operating partner you will be leading a multi-million dollar business and a team of over 70 people. Your goal is to ensure highest customer experience through leading operational excellence. The restaurant’s success will depend on your ability to lead your team and provide customer experiences that generate revenue.

Job Summary

As Operating Partner at MWB Whataburger, you’ll put your professional and personal skills to work as you manage an entire restaurant. You’ll be responsible for bringing the most out of the Managers, Team Leaders, and Team Members who work for you as they deliver world class customer experiences on a daily basis.
