    As a Service Technician I, you'll play a vital role in delivering life-enhancing equipment such as powered and manual wheelchairs and ensuring our customers receive top-tier service, repair, and support. You'll become part of an inclusive, compassionate workforce that empowers people with disabilities to participate fully in everyday life.

    What You'll Do:

    • Conduct in-home assessments and analyze customer environments
    • Diagnose, repair, and maintain medical mobility equipment
    • Deliver and install products — providing hands-on education to customers and caregivers
    • Track repair orders and maintain service records with accuracy
    • Support quoting and product recommendations when needed
    • Ensure tools, vehicles, and workspaces are maintained and safe
    • Represent Numotion with professionalism and care at every interaction

    What We’re Looking For:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to learn
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Positive attitude with a self-starting work ethic
    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied physical conditions (e.g., kneeling, standing, inclement weather)

    Preferred Skills (Not Required):

    • Bilingual (Spanish a plus!)
    • Prior experience in mobility equipment or medical device repair
    • Logical troubleshooting skills and mechanical repair ability
    • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
    • Construction, Carpentry background is a big plus

  • Qualifications
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized and positive warehouse environment.
    • Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse in various temperatures.
    • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs
    • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
    • Attention to detail and good time management skills.
