RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with Administrator/CEO’s and Facility Hiring Managers to determine recruiting specifications and facilitate recruiting strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of the facilities and services and organizational culture.
• Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to find candidates through a variety of methods including complex Internet searches, social and professional networking groups, and the development of existing candidate relationships
• Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates for assigned positions.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
• Identify and submit qualified candidates to the hiring team based on the provided job description.
• Coordinate schedules with office and clinical personnel to meet with qualified candidates.
• Thoroughly vet candidates to ensure their interests and credentials align with our organization's needs.
• Successfully negotiate compensation within budget parameters
• Actively participating in assisting incoming employees in their transition to our organization

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with ATS – Taleo
• 1 to 4 years’ experience Clinical Recruiting Experience
• Basic computer knowledge such as MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Word
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant work/life experience.
