Join our fun and growing team as we look to expand our service offerings! This position will be responsible for open play, hosting birthday parties, helping plan and execute special events and more. General responsibilities include customer experience coordination (making sure our customers have a great time when in the space), check-in, ensuring safety rules are followed, cleaning and tidying the play floor, and assisting with birthday parties and special events. When our playmakers do an awesome job hosting birthday parties, they often also earn tips. If you're looking to gain experience in social media management, marketing, and party/event planning, this is a great opportunity to grow in these areas. The ideal candidate will be at least 17 years or older, be able to work flexible hours (we put out our schedule for a month at a time, so it doesn't require last-minute changes!), and enjoy working with kids (and their parents). Our hours are: Mon - 9am-4pm Tues - 9am - 4pm Wed - 9am - 7pm Thurs - 9am - 4pm Fri - 9am - 4pm plus parties at 5:30 Sat and Sun - 9am to 1pm plus parties at 1:30 and 4:30 Membership included for immediate families! Responsibilities: • Greet customers upon arrival and check them • Ensure guest needs are met while in the space • Monitor children playing to be sure safety signs are being followed • Cleaning (light and some deep cleaning - tidying toys, cleaning toys, completing closing checklist) • Hosting birthday parties • Willingness and ability to engage with guests (parents and children) who are in our space Qualifications: • Customer service experience • Proficient on the computer • Experience with children • Excellent communication and social skills • Motivated w/ ability to multi-task • Clearances or willingness to obtain clearances Compensation: $13 - $14 Hourly
