    REQUIREMENTS

    We're growing fast! We are currently looking for a Customer Success superstar to join our team! You will work closely with our customers to ensure they have the best experience from the moment they sign up. You will be the main point of contact for support, onboarding and troubleshooting; often working with other departments as the customer advocate. You will be successful in this role by retaining and expanding your current book of business.

    This position offers an excellent compensation package, including a very competitive base salary + bonus. We are looking for excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a positive, professional attitude.     YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Strong phone presence, with the ability to balance communication platforms (email, phone and chat)

    • Prior experience working through issues with customers via remote platform

    • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

    • Competitive personality with a track record of overachieving

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Knowledge and basic skills in Microsoft Office and Email software

    • Be a strong team player

    • An ability to respond with a sense of urgency with a customer first approach

    • Excellent interpersonal and team skills

    • Receptive to feedback, willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement

    • Ability to be a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
