This individual must be punctual and dependable and have the ability to follow safety and company rules/regulations. Must have the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays if needed. should be an independent worker, looks for and takes advantage of opportunities to save and earn money for the company, asks for and offers help when needed, generates suggestions for improving work.

Sweeper Manager Duties include:

• Operate power sweep (truck) and other CDL vehicles as needed in assigned parking areas.
• Power blow (gas powered) sidewalk and curbs of assigned areas
• Change garbage-can liners & lids
• Winterize, De-icing, shoveling, spreading De-icer, Plowing services
• Complete all other request made by supervisor or management.

Specific Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Washington State CDL class B, a clean driving record and be able to pass a drug and background check upon offer of employment.
• Vactor experience is a plus
• Must be punctual, dependable and have the ability to follow safety and company rules/regulations.
• Must have the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays if needed. A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 21 years of age or more to be added to company Insurance
• Must be able to pass company Motor Vehicle Record Point Test. Which looks for a clean driving record 10 years prior to application date.
• Language - The ability to read and interpret documents and use a handheld smart phone data device that provide information such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.

Arrives to work consistently and on time, ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent, Arrives at meetings and appointments on time, completes tasks on time or notifies the appropriate person with an alternate plan.
