Think Logistics...Think Whisk What the Analyst for Compliance and Operational Support role looks like: First and foremost, it's a dynamic role that touches every aspect of our company. You will do the following and more: Manage customer and internal reporting Generate a daily driver workplan Manage equipment utilization Oversee fleet compliance through 3rd party tracking systems Monitor driver and customer charges Work closely with fellow Whisk Logistics operators, drivers, vendors and customers Full time schedule Monday - Friday from 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM What it takes: BA / BS College Degree required Entrepreneurial / Start Up work ethic You need to be fast on the computer, thriving on systems i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams and Slack. Accelerated learning ability. Being a fast learner is key Dynamic problem solver. Thinking outside the box is essential Top-notch organization and troubleshooting skills Computer programming experience is a plus but not required What is Drayage? Do I need to have prior experience? Drayage is the process of managing ocean container shipments from ports to warehouses and vice versa. From the items in your home to the clothes you wear they are all transported in ocean containers. Prior experience is NOT required.
