Job Description
As an Account Coordinator at WhiskerCloud, you’ll be a key part of our customer success and onboarding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new customers’ onboarding process to the WhiskerCloud platform. Our customers vary in size and technology experience, so we are looking for motivated people that possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and a good eye for design.
The ideal candidate will be someone that works smart and wants to rise in our company. Our team is big on collaboration and wearing multiple hats to keep the momentum rolling! DUE TO CORONAVIRUS, OUR TEAM IS FULLY REMOTE, BUT WE DO PREFER PEOPLE LIVING IN CALIFORNIA.
