MARKET ANALYST:

Creates and delivers comprehensive market reports (CMA's)

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Pull comps

• Conduct market research

• Complete multiple CMAs per day

• Send to Valuations Team Lead for review

Requirements:

Proficient with Paragon MLS

Ability to multi-task successfully

Good communication skills

Experience with conducting Real Estate specific market research
