Our Customer Service Specialists are ambassadors and advocates; they know that going the extra mile is job one in helping our clients succeed.

SHIFT:  MON-FRI, 9 AM-5:30PM

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong background in photography or other photographic industry
• Minimum 1 year Business to Business Customer Service experience
• Experience taking inbound phone calls and making outbound phone calls to clients
• Proficient assisting clients via the phone without relying on a script
• Experience communicating to clients via email
• Proficient in Photoshop and computer skills
• Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
