    Job Description

    White House Marketing is now primarily geared towards direct marketing, business-to-consumer. We have many clients who are very established. All of the clients are Fortune500 Companies. They vary in specialties from electronics, telecommunications, home services and security.

     

    WE DO NOT GO DOOR-TO-DOOR, BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS, RUN A CALL CENTER, OR STAND IN PARKING LOTS.

     

    Marketing is playing the middle man between customer service and clients. Marketing can be direct or indirect. White House Marketing specializes in direct marketing. Direct marketing can be customer service-focused or sales-focused. Because, White House Marketing works with many different clients, our customer service representatives are able to be very unbiased and focus on serving customers. We utilize our relationships in major retailers and run the electronics departments. This includes cell phone upgrades, connecting people to consultants, and assisting customers with any issues they may be having.

    DUTIES:

    Application of Marketing Systems

    Assisting Customers

    Abiding with Compliance Rules and Regulations

    Providing Knowledge to Customers and other Team Members

    Generating Leads (if applicable)

    Ensuring peace of mind and happiness to customers

    As a customer service representative, White House Marketing is looking for someone who is wanting to grow into a management position very quickly. We provide all the training out of our headquarters in Corona. We have several locations throughout the United States; however, everyone went through training in Corona.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Public Relations related field (preferred)

    2 years Customer Service or working with people experience

This is 40 hours a week. Compensation is hourly + bonuses and commissions. In order to determine an individual's hourly (which is based on experience and education), a candidate must go through the IN-PERSON interview process.
