ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Solution Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You will be acting as a trusted advisor to our team and clients, and an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals working alongside you. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform but just as importantly, top-notch people skills to get your ideas and solutions across to stakeholders and gain integrity to get your visions built into successful solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND:
Architect of 5+ Mid-Market or greater Cloud Solution Implementations
Ability to provide direction to both onshore and offshore teams for cost effective presales and delivery efforts
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required
At least one of Pardot, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud Certification required
Conga relevant certifications or equivalent demonstrable Conga experience required
Knowledge of Conga Composer, Conga Grid, Conga Batch, and advanced form building
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, Master’s Degree a plus
Experience collaborating with sales teams to scope and estimate projects
Demonstrated ability to communicate the complexities of technical programs
Strong English written and verbal communication required, multilingual skills a plus
Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with great attention to detail
Strong presentation development and presentation delivery skills
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation for various functional architecture solutions
Review business context for solutions to company challenges as well as defining the vision and requirements for the solution
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
Manage activities that take place during solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
Communicate the architecture to the stakeholders, collaborate and coordinate with domain architects
Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.
Provide guidance on user story writing style, and ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story
Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce
Assist with the scoping and planning of future Salesforce and CRM systems related activities
Participate in pre-sales scoping and estimation activities with the sales team
Provide mentoring and guidance to internal team members
