ABOUT US:
White Water Marine Hardware is a wholesale distributor of stainless steel marine hardware for boating. We import marine hardware from our factories, stock in our two locations (California and Florida). This job posting is for our Clearwater, Florida location.
We sell through platforms such as Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, and our own website directly to some of the best boat builders in the country! There will be plenty of on-the-job training, so you don’t have to worry about being familiar with boats, boating, or the hardware to start! Our main focus is wholesale, but we also support our sister company, Marine Depot Direct at www.marinedepotdirect.com, in selling directly to the end-user (also known as aftermarket).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be our E-Commerce Customer Service Representative on the East Coast, working with the team to help answer calls and process orders to ensure customers satisfaction and on-time delivery. The majority of this may be on the phone, talking with customers and answering questions (on the job training provided). You will also be responsible for printing orders and labels and communicating with our California Office, and supporting our warehouse if more help is needed to pull and package shipments
DUTIES:
· Answer retail calls – offer excellent customer service to retail customer and assist answering questions regarding product information.
· Assist retail walk-in customers.
· Print & Pull parts, package order and ship all orders from E-Commerce platform with the CA Office.
· Cross check shipping labels and documents for accuracy
· Process Returns and Refunds from E-Commerce Platforms
· Sales and customer service on orders placed
· Help upload products or update product listings on E-Commerce Platforms
· All other tasks assigned
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
· Comfortable with computers
· Detail oriented
· Friendly and outgoing personality for customer support
· Professional in communication (verbal and written)
· Time management and multitasking skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE BUT NOT REQUIRED:
· 1+ Year Order Processing
· E-Commerce, Outlook Email, Webgility, QuickBooks, Stamps.com, UPS WorldShip
