White Whale Solutions, a strategic marketing and advertising agency based in Tampa, FL, is seeking to find the perfect Account Coordinator candidate to join our quirky and fun team.
We are a full-service advertising and analytics agency with a focus on utilities, pharmaceuticals and banking. Whale is growing rapidly, having added new clients in 2020 AND we need a candidate who has the unique blend of account manager, account development and creativity to grow all accounts and lend a hand to other account managers on best practices.
A winning personality and positive outlook are a must. The ability to communicate with both senior level and marketing support personnel are critical. An understanding of analytics will prove useful (segmentation, regression models, customer analytics) though this is not required. Account Management and Revenue Generation processes will be heavily weighted in the hiring process.

EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ year(s) of account management experience (though recent college graduates are invited to apply if they have previous business work experience)
- Understanding of advertising best practices
KNOWLEDGE:
- Direct Mail & Print Production experience a huge advantage
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) & Keynote Presentations
- Ability to take initiative and collaborate
- Design skills or the ability to sketch concepts is valuable
- Must be a fast learner, who can work independently, or with a team
- Must be able to handle and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines concurrently
- Account Management functions - including client communications
- Able to build strong client relationships built on mutual trust and understanding
- Able to wear different hats (not actual hats - but skillsets - though if you have nice hats we would love to learn more)
