Because of our ongoing company growth, we’re looking for an HR ADMIN to join our Corporate office team in Tomball, TX!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform administrative duties, such as maintain employee database and sorting emails for the HR department

• Update employee records with new hire information and or changes in employment status

• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization

• Process employee’s queries and respond in a timely manner

• Other assigned duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

•  Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or relevant field

• Strong customer service & written and verbal communication skills- able to communicate effectively and work with external and internal clients

• Highly organized individual

• Proficiency with MS Office

• Able to multi-task and resolve multiple inquiries in order of priority

• Seeking a highly professional candidate with strong business ethics and integrity

• Must complete a pre-hire background check
