What we are looking for
Sell mortgage industry software in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
Account acquisition, retention, and growth of targeted accounts with mid to senior level executive contacts, relationship building, prospecting, networking strategies, and consultative selling skills.
Expanding our product base within existing customers to better assist with their changing needs and apply appropriate product solutions.
Qualify new sales opportunities with prospective Whiteboard clients
Solve problems that customers don't even know they have by being a technology consultant
Business development - identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new accounts
Schedule and attend face-to-face consultative meetings to identify customer needs and requirements
Drive share-of-wallet growth by cultivating relationships with existing Whiteboard clients
Demonstrate and consult the values of Whiteboard’s unique platform with key stakeholders and staff members at client organizations
Enable and support the Client Success team in new client on-boarding by setting clear, reasonable expectations with the new client and providing the appropriate information internally
Annotate client accounts to offer internal stakeholders with crucial information regarding the sales pipeline, sales effort, and account status
Attain sales goals as set by the leadership team
Give and gracefully receive constructive feedback from leadership and peers
Other projects as assigned by Leadership
Assist the Customer Success Team in their duties as needed
Requirements
5 years’ experience consulting and selling technical products. Software experience is preferred
Mortgage and Real Estate industry knowledge and experience is a plus
Must have experience with both large and small deals
Enthusiastic and creative team member with the ability to inspire others
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Must be able to address client concerns and objections in an agile and informed way. You will be consulting; not reading from a script
Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
Healthy pre- and post-sales enablement experience
A desire to help build a business and share in its success
Salary Information: Base Commission
