We are looking for additional sales team members. This position plays a key role in Whiteboard's efforts to accelerate our revenue growth and will help build inside B2B sales capabilities across the company. This position delivers direct sales growth by prospecting dealers and end-users with solutions or programs developed by Marketing for the targeted sales segments. This person will be responsible for prospecting and cultivating new leads from outside the pipeline generated by marketing and referral efforts.

Sell mortgage industry software in a business-to-business (B2B) environmentContact, cultivate, and close sales opportunities within existing pipeline of the qualified industry leads
Prospect and cultivate new leads from outside the pipeline generated by marketing and referral efforts
Qualify new sales opportunities with prospective Whiteboard clients
Drive share-of-wallet growth by cultivating relationships with existing Whiteboard clients
Demonstrate and consult the values of Whiteboard’s unique platform for key stakeholders and staff members at client organizations
Enable and support the Client Success team in new client on-boarding by setting clear, reasonable expectations with the new client and providing the appropriate information internally
Clearly annotate client accounts so as to provide internal stakeholders with key information regarding the sales pipeline, sales effort, and account status
Achieve sales goal attainments as set by the leadership team
Give and gracefully receive constructive feedback from leadership and peers
Other projects as assigned by Leadership
Assist Customer Success Team in their duties as needed
3 years’ experience consulting and selling technical products. Software experience is preferred
Mortgage and Real Estate industry knowledge and experience is a plus
Inside sales experience is a plus
Enthusiastic and creative team member with the ability to inspire others
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Must be able to address client concerns and objections in an agile and informed way. You will be consulting; not reading from a script
Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
Healthy pre and post-sales enablement experience
A desire to help build a business and share in its success
