Whitemore James Black is presently assisting a prestigious law firm on their search for entry-level corporate and finance paralegals. This role is ideal for candidates looking into embarking on an exciting career as a transactional paralegal, or who may want to experience working in a top prestigious law firm before making the decision as to whether to apply to law school. We have openings in both San Francisco and Palo Alto.  These roles offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.

The paralegal will work on matters for both public and private company clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and exceptional communication skills. A demonstrated interest in corporate and/or finance law either through academic studies or internships is helpful.
