Whitemore James Black is presently assisting our boutique law firm client on their search for a Senior Healthcare Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity that is available immediately. The firm operates on a remote model, so candidates will primarily work from home.  Candidates must live in California and be licensed in California.

The firm specializes in providing business and regulatory guidance with clients world-wide. The firm supports a diverse client base including healthcare providers, emergency healthcare technology companies, medical device and app companies, manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements and cosmetics, and more. Experience providing corporate transactional support (including corporate formations, business transaction agreements, and M&A) in the healthcare industry, and/or FDA / FTC experience is required to succeed in this role.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related experience.
