• Process miscellaneous shipments daily
• Manage all shipping paperwork
• Research and troubleshoot shipment discrepancies/problems and use problem solving skills to resolve.
• Process warehouse transfers through WMS system
• Complete all required training applicable to assigned position
• Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Knowledge of bar coding systems preferred
• Good organization skills required
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. repeatedly
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to be flexible and possess a willingness to work in all areas as needed
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills
• Ability to stand for 8 – 10 hours
• Ability to work overtime with little or no notice
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to operate a forklift (training certificate required)
• Ability to operate pallet jack and hand cart
• Ability to understand and follow work instructions

Required Skills Required Experience

• Must be well versed with the entire suite of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to engage and negotiate with sub-contract resources
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• InfoComm CTS certification required
• InfoComm CTS-I certification strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Crestron and AMX control systems
• Experience working with multiple DSP manufacturers. Any manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading teams on large AV installations
• Ability to test, calibrate and commission commercial AV equipment
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in supervising other technicians
