Required Skills Required Experience
High school education with some college or minimum of two years experience in a customer service environment.
Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet applications and order entry.
Proficient in written and oral communications.
Must be able to deal with people at all levels within and outside the organization.
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and self-starter.
Must be able to accept the responsibility for performing assigned duties.
