SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB SUMMARY This person is responsible for generating recurring “solution sales” while developing effective relationships with top-level executives. In this role, you will sell print, mail, promotional items, and marketing solutions to corporations big and small. Candidates must possess high energy, excellent communication, strong business acumen, organizational skills, and a proven corporate sales record with decision-makers. Candidates should be comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation. SALES REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Help large companies leverage their print spending for meaningful savings by researching a customer's individual or business purchase needs
Help marketing professionals grow their sales by adjusting sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
Resolves customer complaints and queries
Submits purchase orders
Informs management of purchase actions
Bridge the gap between printing and technology to streamline transactions.
Manage and streamline ordering products throughout our online catalogs
Maintains monthly or bi-monthly minimum goals
Completes market research and monitors competitor activity
Makes recommendations for the customer
