    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Analyst/Google Ad Words Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team.     This role will be responsible for creating marketing strategies, executing, and managing our advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and paid search ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing advertising budgets.

    Responsibilities;

    · Creating online marketing strategies and developing digital advertising campaigns for a medium size HVAC, electric and plumbing business using Google’s key word and auction-based, paper click platform

    · Selecting appropriate words or phrases per service type, determining appropriate bids/bid strategy for ads to appear on Google’s search and search partners network and Google’s display network including multi-county/state campaigns

    · Job will also include managing social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc. and paid search ads from ideation to execution

    · Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the digital space, and implement innovative marketing initiatives to reach target audiences effectively

    · Creating compelling and engaging content to help drive brand awareness and customer engagement

    · Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others

    · Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, search engine algorithms, social media platforms and strategies to continuously enhance performance

    · Track the effectiveness of campaigns by measuring ROI, conversion rate, and cost per conversion

    · Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings

    Qualifications:

    · 3- 4 years of experience in paid search and social media advertising

    · Budget management

    · Expertise and strong technical skills in using platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc

    · Strategic thinking skills with a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

    · Excellent verbal and written communication

    · Bachelor’s degree preferred
