MRC Creations , a family-owned industry leader with 30+ years of success, is hiring a Wholesale Account Executive to grow our newly launched brand, House of Desire LA , and expand our presence across key accounts. Your Mission:
- Own the entire sales cycle — from first contact to reorders.
- Drive new business while expanding key retail partnerships.
- Master each account's vendor guidelines and become their go-to resource.
- Collaborate with our design, production, logistics, and customer service teams to execute flawlessly.
- Analyze trends, track competitors, and drive smart, strategic growth.
- Create and execute a sales strategy by account that hits growth targets — and then beats them.
- Keep inventory moving, increase margins, and stay ahead of the market.
- Travel to customer meetings and trade shows when needed.
You Bring:
- A Bachelor's in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years in wholesale/apparel sales — ideally with department or national chain accounts.
- ERP experience (SAP B1 a plus), retail math fluency, and strong Excel/reporting skills.
- An analytical brain, flawless attention to detail , and high accountability.
- A bold communicator who builds trust fast and sells with confidence.
- The grit to multitask, hit deadlines, and never drop the ball.
