    We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Wholesale Account Executive to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company at the forefront of the wholesale lending market.

    Position Overview: The Wholesale Account Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by building and nurturing relationships with mortgage brokers and other third-party originators (TPOs). The ideal candidate will be passionate about the mortgage industry, possess deep knowledge of wholesale lending products, and have a proven track record of sales success. This position requires a self-starter who is committed to providing top-tier service to clients while driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Development: Prospect, acquire, and onboard new mortgage broker relationships to expand Loanhouse's TPO network.
    • Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing brokers and TPO partners, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
    • Sales & Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by promoting Loanhouse's competitive product offerings and services.
    • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Loanhouse’s full range of loan products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines to effectively communicate and educate clients.
    • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor products, market trends, and regulatory changes to offer insightful recommendations and strategies to your accounts.
    • Training & Support: Provide training, guidance, and troubleshooting support to brokers and partners to ensure smooth loan submission and approval processes.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, operations, and marketing, to ensure efficient loan processing and deal closure.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in wholesale mortgage lending, with a proven track record in sales or account management.
    • Strong understanding of NONQM mortgage products, including conventional, FHA, and VA loans.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals independently.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
    • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and mortgage industry tools.
    • Existing relationships with brokers and third-party originators are a plus.
