Who we are looking for Our new team member would help with all tasks necessary for our online stores to thrive and keep growing. Job Description - Job Type: Full-time or part-time internship - Documenting and reporting-oriented tasks related to organizing business in preparation to scale eCommerce company - Help maintain all social media channels active, creating content and leading social media and marketing content schedule - Lead launch and development of new marketing programs (email campaigns, review programs, ambassadors & affiliates communications) - Help monitor smooth operations & customer support, product listings, shipping, and optimal functioning of the site - Take detailed minutes of meetings and provide a summary and action plan of meeting to participants - Jump into other projects from other departments to assist as needed and driving eCommerce day-to-day projects - Coordinate tasks and projects with a global team through video and chat Requirements - 1-3 years of proven experience executing and delivering results in a dynamic environment - Strong organizational, project management & documentation skills - Very organized and attentive to details.
