Job Summary We are seeking a Wholesale Packager to join the team at our busy bakery! In this role, you will prepare products for bulk distribution, ensuring all items are packed according to company and client specifications. This role plays a key part in maintaining the quality and presentation of goods shipped to wholesale partners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately count, sort, pack, and label products according to order sheets and client requirements

Inspect items for quality and damage before packaging

Use packaging equipment and tools safely and efficiently

Organize and palletize finished products for shipment

Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area

Work closely with shipping, inventory and quality control teams

Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality standards

Report any packaging discrepancies or issues to supervisors

Assist production teams as needed, based on scheduling and production volume - including dishwashing.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic math and reading skills

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Available for early morning & weekend shifts
